DPOM manages Google Ads for businesses across Florida. Our US team works out of Tampa, our head office is in the UK, and we've been running paid search for 15 years. If you're in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Tampa or anywhere in between and you want someone to take Google Ads off your hands, this page covers how we work and what it costs.
We're a Google Partner. In 15 years we've worked with more than 4,000 businesses worldwide and managed more than $40M in ad spend. We charge a flat monthly fee, never a percentage of your budget, and there's no long contract to sign.
What Google Ads management actually involves
Google Ads management is the ongoing work of building, running and improving your campaigns. It covers keyword research, writing and testing ads, structuring the account so the right searches trigger the right message, setting bids, adding negative keywords, reading the search terms report, and tracking what happens after someone clicks.
Most of the money is won or lost in the second half of that list. Launching a campaign is the easy part. Keeping it honest week after week, cutting the searches that waste budget and pushing harder on the ones that turn into customers, is the work that takes time and judgment. That's what you're paying an agency for.
We handle all of it, and you keep ownership of the account. We build it in your name, and if you ever leave, the account and its full history stay with you.
Working across Florida
Google Ads doesn't care where your agency sits. It cares a great deal about how you set up geography, and Florida makes that harder than most states.
Tampa Bay
Our US office is at 100 S Ashley Dr, Suite 600, Tampa, so this is the part of the state where we can most easily sit down with clients face to face. Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater sit close enough together that a loose radius setting has you paying for clicks from three markets when you only serve one.
Miami and South Florida
South Florida is the most competitive paid search market in the state, and it's the one where language matters most. Plenty of accounts run English-only ads and quietly hand a large slice of the market to whoever bothered to write Spanish ads and point them at a Spanish landing page. If you sell in Miami-Dade and you're not doing that, it's usually the first thing we look at.
Fort Lauderdale and Broward
Broward sits close enough to Miami-Dade that the same keyword can behave very differently depending on how tightly you draw the target area. We keep the two apart so you can see what each one really costs, rather than averaging them into a single number that tells you nothing useful.
Jacksonville and North Florida
Jacksonville covers an enormous area for one city. For a service business, drive time rather than the city limit should set the targeting. We'd rather run a tighter area that converts than a wide one that looks impressive in the impressions column and never turns into a booked job.
The rest of the state
We work statewide, including Orlando, Sarasota, Naples, Fort Myers and the Panhandle. Wherever you are, seasonality is worth planning for. Demand in a lot of Florida categories shifts with the winter season and again around hurricane season, and a budget set in July rarely makes sense in January.
What Google Ads management costs
Pricing is a flat monthly management fee set by your ad spend tier. Your ad budget goes to Google in full. We never take a cut of it and we never add a markup.
| Package | Monthly fee | Ad spend it covers | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ignite | $69 | Self-serve | You run the campaigns using our platform and guidance |
| Starter | $199 | Up to $500 a month | Monthly optimization and reporting, email support, James AI assistant and Sentinel click-fraud protection included free |
| Lite | $399 | $500 to $2,500 a month | Everything in Starter, optimization every two weeks, phone and email support, conversion tracking setup, plus the Nebula CRO tool |
| Standard | $699 | $2,500 to $7,500 a month | Everything in Lite, weekly optimization, a dedicated account manager, priority support, quarterly strategy calls |
| Elite | $999 | $7,500 to $15,000 a month | Everything in Standard, daily monitoring, a senior strategist, custom dashboard, monthly strategy calls |
There's no minimum ad spend, and no setup fee unless a brand new account needs building from scratch. There's no long contract either. If it isn't working for you, 31 days notice ends it. The full breakdown is on our PPC pricing packages page, and Starter has a page of its own if you want the detail on the entry tier.
Want a free look at your Florida account?
Send us your account and we'll tell you what we'd change, in plain English, before you commit to anything. We're a Google Partner with staff in the Tampa area and in the UK, and we're rated 4.8 by our clients.
Why Florida businesses work with us
- Google Partner status. We've been a Google Partner for 15 years, so we're held to Google's own standards on certification, spend and account performance.
- A flat monthly fee. Your management cost is set by your tier, not by a percentage of what you spend. It doesn't climb the moment your budget does.
- You own your account. We build and run it on your behalf, in your name. Leave whenever you want and it all stays with you.
- No markup on ad spend. Every dollar of your budget goes to Google. We don't take a cut or hide a margin.
- Click-fraud protection built in. Sentinel is included free from Starter upward, because we think every dollar of your budget should reach a real person.
- No long contracts. Cancel any time with 31 days notice.
The rest of what we do
Google Ads is where most clients start, but it's rarely all they need. We also run SEO from $249 a month for local, $499 for national and $899 for e-commerce, social media management from $249 a month, and rental websites from $79 a month if you need a proper site without a large bill up front.
Common questions
Do you have an office in Florida?
Yes. Our US office is at 100 S Ashley Dr, Suite 600, Tampa, Florida, 33602, and the number is (813) 592-8605. Our head office is in the UK, and we have staff in the Tampa area and in the UK.
Do you only work with Tampa businesses?
No. We work with businesses across Florida and the rest of the US. Google Ads is run remotely whoever manages it, so what matters is that the person doing it understands your market, not that they're on the same street.
How much should a Florida business spend on Google Ads?
It depends on what a customer is worth to you, not on what you can spare. We wrote a full walkthrough of the arithmetic in our guide to setting a Google Ads budget, and the same method works anywhere in the state.
Are you a Google Partner?
Yes. You can read what that means and what Google requires to keep it on our Google Partner agency page.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. There are no long contracts. You can cancel any time with 31 days notice.
Can I see what you'd change before I sign up?
Yes. A free Google Ads audit costs you nothing and there's no obligation attached to it. We'll tell you what we'd do differently, and you can take that away and do it yourself if you'd rather.
